In addition, the following policies have been updated to include the info about the 3 tiers of tournaments which was new for 2009 but otherwise they are the same as was published in 2008:

Tournament Advancement Policy   - teams advance between levels by being well rounded teams 
Team Tournament Feedback Policy - teams only get game scores and judging feedback based on rubrics
Team Tournament Participation Policy - one first level tournament per team

Tournament Volunteers:   All tournament officials including the referee and judge crew must  be adults  [post high school] that are not affiliated with any 2010 FLL team in any way - ie parent, sibling, funder/sponsor, relative, current teacher, coach, mentor, etc
