Road to 2015-2016 NorCalFTC Regional Championship
All FIRST events are free and open to the public – Join us!

We are expecting to have 15 to 20 qualifiers for this season
We are planning for 2-3 qualifiers in November, up to 5-6 in December,
up to 7+ in January, and up to 2 in early February
Teams – Email updates on the team registration window will be sent out on the norcalftc yahoogroup -make sure that you have 1 or more people paying attention! Each qualifier event will be able to handle 12 to 16 teams unless it is noted as a 2-field event for 20 to 28 teams. There is a 12 team minimum (or event will have to be cancelled). The “open” registration window means that any registered FTC team from anywhere (and independent of how many previous qualifiers have been registered for) can register.
Volunteers – An email will go out on the volunteer-for-pal googlegroup once tournaments have a place to sign up to volunteer! Stay tuned.
Visitors / Guests – All qualifiers will have the same expected schedule with Opening Ceremony ~10:30am and robot game matches starting shortly thereafter with each team getting 5 or more seeding matches. About 3pm or so, the seedng matches will be complete and then teams will go to alliance selection and semi-finals to finals and then awards.
