11:30am -12:30pm Rookie Coach Workshop 
12:30pm-1:30pm  Lunch  BYO Bag lunch or we will have menus of local places to order!
1:30pm-3:00pm  Game Animation and Announcement along with Q&A
3:00pm-5:30pm  FTC focused Workshops on CAD, programming, sensors, overview of equipment
5:30pm-6:00pm  How to build Game Elements – tips/tricks  

RSVP will be required –  REGISTER NOW  Just Come!

The event will include a video describing the season’s game, and an unveiling of the full 2009 FTC playing field. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers. We are actively looking for team mentors and others involved in FTC to pull together a couple of hands-on workshops and demos to help with all aspects of FTC.   Let me know if you are willing to help share your experience/knowledge.
Scrimmages/Workshops    Also, We are in the process of setting up several scrimmages and/or work days for teams to come together. As needed, we can help with providing a full field available for teams to practice on, multiple opportunities for running practice matches, and help from area coaches, mentors and teams.  If your team would be willing to host a scrimmage, team workday, send an email to Mark Edelman at marke@playingatlearning.org
